Bexar County Emergency Services District 11 Advertisement for Bids Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the construction of the Bexar County Emergency Services District No 11 Fire & Rescue Facility kitchen and day/conference room renovation project. The project contract scope will provide for all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment required for all work to renovate an existing kitchen and day room for Fire & Rescue Station 140. The renovation area is approximately 1,180 square feet. The project is located at 4511 Texas Palm Dr., Converse, TX, 78109. Sealed bids for the project will be received at Bexar County ESD 11 Station 141 at 7412 Walzem Road, San Antonio, TX 78244, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday February 24, 2026; and then opened and read aloud. Any bids received after such time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
