CITY OF UNIVERSAL CITY LEGAL NOTICE The following ordinances, having been read twice, were passed at the Tuesday, April 7, 2026 City Council Meeting. Ordinance 639-C-2026 An ordinance annexing, for full purposes, a tract of land situated in the Torribia Herrera Survey No. 68, Abstract No. 153, in Guadalupe County, Texas, of the Real Property Records of Guadalupe County, generally located at the NE Corner of FM 1518 and Maske Road; extending the boundaries of the City to include the land; and to be zoned R1-Large Lot Residential; to be known as the Biegert Properties LLC 2026 Annexation; binding the land to all of the Acts, Ordinances, Resolutions and regulations of the City; approving a service plan; providing severability; and providing an effective date. Ordinance 632-PC-634-FLUP-2026 An ordinance amending the Future Land Use Plan to change Land Use designation of the property approximately 4.13 acres located within a larger tract of land approximately 73.67 acres located at the NE Corner of FM 1518 N and Maske Road in Universal City, Texas from CC-Community Commercial to MD-Medium Density; providing for severability; and establishing an effective date. Ordinance 581-Y-PUD-2026-101 An ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City of Universal City, Texas for an approximately 743.67-acre property, located at the NE Corner of FM 1518 N and Maske Road; rezoning said property from R1-Large Lot Residential to PUD-2026-101 District, generally for single-family residential and related amenities; adopting the Development Agreement and PUD Final Plans related to PUD 2026-101; providing for severability; providing for the publication of the caption of this ordinance; and establishing an effective date. Ordinance 525-Z-2026 An ordinance repealing Ordinances 525-U-2021 thru Ordinance 525-Y-2025 in their entirety (codified as Chapter 2-3, Section 2-3-1 thru Section 2-3-43) and granting to Frontier Waste Solutions a franchise to operate a solid waste collection and disposal service in the City of Universal City, Texas; prescribing the terms, conditions, obligations and limitations upon and under which such franchise shall be exercised; and amending the Code of Ordinances, and setting effective dates.
