Waitlist Opening Nov. 10, 2025! Opportunity Home will open the Wheatley Park Senior Living Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist for applicants interested in a one-bedroom or two-bedroom home. Limited units are available. Available units will be located at Wheatley Park Senior Living, 910 N. Mittman, San Antonio, TX 78202. Individuals who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply: Applicants and all household members must: o The head of household or spouse/co-head must be 62 years of age or older. o Meet HUD requirements on citizen ship or immigration status. o Meet the applicant selection criteria and complete an application appointment. o Meet the screening requirements related to criminal activity and have a good or acceptable rental history. o Not have any family members engaged in any drug-related and/or criminal activity that threatens the life, health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents. o Have an annual income that does not exceed income limits established by HUD (must not exceed 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on family size). o Not owe debts to Opportunity Home or any other federally assisted housing.
