Ordinance 655-W-2025 (PC 627 SU 031) An ordinance approving a Specific Use Permit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for an Automotive Repair Services use in a C3-Commercial Services District on property located at 460 Kitty Hawk, Universal City, Texas (CB 5053N BLK 1 LOT 9); providing for non-severability; and establishing an effective date. Ordinance 361-AI-2025 An ordinance amending Ordinance 361 and Article IV - Fees and Charges for Licenses, Permits, Inspections, Certificates, Services, Appeals and Other Official Action, Sec. 1-4-40 - Schedules, of the Code of Ordinances, revising certain sections and paragraphs accordingly, providing severability, establishing a multi-event temporary food license, and setting an effective date. Ordinance 620-2025 An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 620 and Article XVII - Amusement Redemption Machines and Game Rooms of the Code of Ordinances, revising certain sections and paragraphs accordingly, providing severability, and setting an effective date.
