ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the Olympia Hills Golf Course Drainage Channel Repairs will be received by The City of Universal City, City Hall, 2150 Universal City Blvd., Universal City, TX 78148, until 2:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project generally consists of but is not limited to the following: installation of 604 LF of concrete retaining wall with wingwalls, bridge modifications, and irrigation system, erosion control, and existing limestone-block wall repairs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Trihydro Corporation, 1672 Independence Drive, Suite 315, New Braunfels, TX 78132. Questions received after 5:00 PM CST on December 29, 2025 will not be addressed. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents by electronic request via the Issuing Office's CIVCAST site at https://www.civcastusa.com/ (Project ID "Olympia Hills Golf Course Drainage Channel Repairs"). Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office's CIVCAST site. All questions will be answered through the Issuing Office's CIVCAST site. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the City of Universal City Public Works Department, 265 Kitty Hawk, Universal City, TX 78148. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids submitted must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside as "BID ENCLOSED" addressed as "City of Universal City - City Hall, 2150 Universal City Blvd., Universal City, Texas 78148".
