NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF ADDITIONAL OUT-OF-DISTRICT MEETING PLACE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MEDINA COUNTY WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 To the residents and taxpayers of Medina County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4 (the "District"), and to all the persons interested in the meetings of the Board of Directors of such District: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the District, at a meeting held March 6, 2026, established an additional meeting place outside the boundaries of the District at the office of Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC, 800 E. Sonterra Blvd., San Antonio, Texas 78258. Said meeting place is hereby declared to be a public place and open to the public.
