Notice to Bidders Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Dhanani Private Equity Group will be received electronically to jerry.perales@bowman.com (512) 420-6947 until 10:00 AM, local time, Wednesday, February 25th, and then publicly opened and read for the construction of the following project: "Dhanani Way and DPEG Zarzamora" Scope of Work of the Contracts includes: Dhanani Way, a 4-lot subdivision for commercial and multi-family residential development consisting of water, sanitary sewer, asphalt pavement, public roadways, drainage and associated improvements such as TXDOT turn lanes. The project is located near the east side of the intersection of W. Chavaneaux Ave. and Strech Ave, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Bid contract documents will be available for review and will be provided electronically to prospective bidders. Interested bidders can attend a virtual non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, February 18th (time to be determined). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.
