Ordinance 655-A-2026 PC 631 SU 033 An ordinance approving a Specific Use Permit to Gennell and Jerome Kidder for an Accessory Residential Unit Use in an R2-Low Density Residential District on property located at 8702 Iliad, Universal City, TX (CB 5047R BLK 13 LOT 67n Olympia Unit-11); providing non-severability, and establishing an effective date. Ordinance 641-B-2026 An ordinance amending the City of Universal City Code of Ordinances by revising regulations governing smoking & compassionate use dispensaries in the City of Universal City; providing penalties for violations of said ordinance; and establishing an effective date. Ordinance 308-E-2026 An ordinance amending the City of Universal City Code of Ordinances, updating Stop Intersections and establishing official "No Parking Zones," authorizing the Public Works Director as Traffic Control Engineer to post speed limit signs where necessary; setting an effective date, and providing severability.
